CMS Station Brokerage undertakes an analysis of the stations cash flow, applies appropriate multiples, reviews comparable sales through its extensive database of sales, and analyzes the stations assets, market and competitive situation. We then prepare an extensive valuation report.

Where cash flow is not relevant we analyze the different data available, including population counts and recent comparable sales, to provide a “stick value” analysis.
